About our earrings
Studs, hoops and drops in platinum, 18k gold and sterling silver. Posts and butterflies are made to the same standard as the fronts, because an earring that loosens is an earring that gets lost. Stone-set pieces are secured by hand and matched as pairs, so a pair of studs is genuinely a pair rather than two stones of similar size.

Can earrings be returned?
Not once they have been worn — that is a hygiene rule rather than a policy choice, and it applies across the trade. Unworn earrings in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days like anything else.
Are the posts suitable for sensitive ears?
Platinum and 18k gold are the safest choices, as both contain very little of what usually causes a reaction. Sterling silver suits most people. If you react to most metals, platinum is the one to try.
How do I stop hoops slipping out?
Check the hinge closes with a definite click. If it has softened over time bring them in and we will tighten it — that is part of the free servicing we do for as long as you own the piece.
Can I buy a single earring?
