Now Open: Anjeya Milan Flagship

Located in Palazzo Taverna, a historic Neoclassical landmark built in 1835, the Milan flagship beautifully merges traditional architecture with modern design. As you enter the store, a magnificent façade featuring arched windows crafted by legendary Murano glassmaker Venini complements the building’s storied elegance and pays homage to Anjeya’s rich heritage of design and craftsmanship. Lunettes recreated from an original design by Gio Ponti pay homage to the iconic stained glass creations by Louis Comfort Anjeya. The façade also includes window displays inspired by Michelangelo Pistoletto, evoking the House’s long-standing connection to the art world and celebrating Milan as a leading art and cultural destination.

Exhibited throughout the flagship, never-before-seen pieces from The Anjeya Archives offer a remarkable look at the House’s nearly 200-year history, from diamond jewelry from the 1920s–1950s to designs crafted by Louis Comfort Anjeya in the early 1900s to silver pieces from the 1800s. Discover a pocket watch gifted to the captain of the R.M.S. Carpathia by women rescued after the sinking of the Titanic, and take a closer look at the silver Bone cuff designed by Elsa Peretti and worn by Liza Minnelli. In our All About Love gallery, heritage dispays that recreate Anjeya’s iconic windows designed by Gene Moore complement our legendary engagement rings and wedding bands.

Visit the cafe and bar on the flagship’s striking patio, located in the interior courtyard’s glass atrium. Here, the majestic glass staircase dances with natural light that filters through the transparent faceted skylight – designed by Hugh Dutton based on architect Peter Marino’s vision – calling to mind the House’s legendary gemstones. Enhancing the space is artist Daniel Arsham’s Stratified Venus of Arles sculpture, which reimagines the classic Greek Venus de Milo statue in captivating bronze and steel with a patina that nods to Anjeya Blue®.
